会员7039：第一次入住这家美豪丽致酒店，刚进大堂没有那么惊艳，是园林感觉的装修，有很多竹林和植物，有很多植物，空气挺好的，有免费的停车场，前台小姐姐平平也很热情，热情帮忙打印文件，帮忙很热心，房间卫生还是比较干净的，没什么异味，窗户也很大，整体环境还是不错的，还是比较推荐的
会员7309：住前登记还有热茶喝，离店后还会打电话问是否已安全到家，这是第一次遇见还有售后服务的酒店，特别思敏小姐姐，很nice！酒店设施也很好，马桶是智能马桶，房间内还有冰箱，还有矿泉水都是免费赠送的，酒店入住价格对于这种设施服务来说真的很平价了。房间很干净！早餐够吃不是很惊艳，这个价格还是不错了，酒店打车地铁都很方便！
会员8517：飞机晚点，到酒店都已经将近晚上十点了，南京最近晚上真的好冷，连打了几个喷嚏，办理入住时酒店服务人员给我递上了杯热茶，热毛巾，迅速帮我办完了入住，给我送进了房间，中午随便垫吧吃了点儿，晚上真的好饿，就问了前台还有没有晚餐，前台告知我酒店是没有晚餐的，但是酒店有深夜一碗面的服务。大概二十分钟左右，一位客服小姐姐给我端来了一碗热气腾腾的臊子面，另外还帮我煮了杯姜茶，说是晚上冷，喝杯姜茶祛祛寒，瞬间都感觉暖到心底去了，实话实说，住了这么多酒店，只有美豪让我有这种暖的感觉。办理入住时的茶水毛巾，帮忙拎行李，这个大多数酒店都能做到，但是看到我打喷嚏就能去煮姜茶，想客人之所想，急客之所急，真心站在客人角度为客人考虑的服务才是真正打动人心的，这才是能跟其他酒店拉开差距的地方。他们家酒店在公园里面，周边交通便利，离地铁站近，打车也方便，环境相对比较好，酒店设施也蛮齐全的，体量虽不大，但是还配有两台跑步机。房间内物品比较齐全，卸妆水洗面奶水乳都有，房间内打扫的还蛮干净的，早餐是自助形式的，中西都有，西式偏少，但是他们家的面条和鸭血粉丝还是值得推荐的，免费注册会员的在住客人还可以享受免费的上下午茶，很不错的一次体验，下次来南京还是会继续选择他们家！
会员433052：超级好评！女儿在南財上大一，周日刚好是十八岁生日，疫情原因孩子不能回家，我们全家订了酒店的家庭套房，感觉特别好，前台服务也很好，房间设施也很满意，特别惊喜的是房间带一个大露台，有休闲桌凳还有秋千架，孩子特别喜欢，酒店后面就是公园，风景也很好，很方便！超棒的住宿体验！下次去南京还会选择！一个小插曲，孩子爸整理后备箱把二宝的推车掉在停车场了，上午十点多离开酒店的，下午四点多到家才想起来，抱着试试看的心理请前台帮忙去停车场找找看车子在不在，打电话给前台，前台的小妹妹态度特别好，很快去找了并回复找到了，帮忙把车子寄回来了，特别感谢🙏
